  2.  BY USING/RUNNING RAIDER YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE
  3. TO THE TERMS GIVEN BELOW, THEN YOU MAY NOT RUN RAIDER.

  5.      YOU MANY NOT RUN RAIDER UNLESS YOU AGREE TO THESE FOLLOWING TERMS.

  7.  1 - You will Register Raider before the 1 month Trial Period expires. If you
  8. do not plan on Registering Raider, destroy/erase/delete your copy, and run it
  9. no longer, although you are encouraged to distribute the entire package.
  10.  
  11.  2 - You will not Disassemble, or in any way change, alter, add, or remove
  12. (But not limited to) the Raider code. The exception being that compression
  13. programs may be used on Raider for ease of transport (e.g. PKZIP) as long as
  14. the raider package is transmitted complete, and is not altered in any way.

  16.  *NOTE* If something needs to be altered in Raider, obtain my permission first.
  17.  
  18.  3 - You will not allow your registered version to be used on any other BBS
  19. other than the one that you registered it to.
  20.  
  21.  4 - You will attempt to notify Patrick Ryan upon the discovery of anyone
  22. operating Raider, who is not following the above terms.
  23.  
  24.  5 - Patrick Ryan is in no way responsible for any loss or damage incured
  25. from the use or handling of the Raider package.

  29.  YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE
  30. TO BE BOUND BY THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

  32.               RUNNING THE RAIDER PROGRAM SEALS THIS AGREEMENT.
